Nina Las Vegas says goodbye to Triple J

After more than a decade, Nina Las Vegas is set to say goodbye to triple j this Saturday night – presenting Mix Up Exclusives for the last time with the help of her friends Flume, Diplo Cashmere Cat, RL Grime, Anna Lunoe, Swick, Flight Facilities and Levins.

Nina has dedicated every aspect of her career to supporting new sounds and emerging talent. As Nina says, “for the past decade triple j, the Australian club scene, supporting local artists and pioneering new electronic music has been my life.”

The platform and tastemaker brand she has worked tirelessly to create for herself gives Nina the opportunity to help emerging artists gain the attention and recognition they deserve. With that, the producer and DJ has now evolved her passion and the influence she has in the underground club music scene by becoming the ultimate #girlboss.

Nina will be heading to the US next week to launch her record label, NLV Records – before playing a series of international shows. This label is something Nina has had in the works for a while and is very excited to be bringing to you, “you see, I really love finding new music. And playing it. And now, I get to put it out!” she says.

You might not get to hear Nina’s unmistakable voice on triple j anymore but she is still going to continue to be one of Australia’s most notable figureheads in the dance music scene.

Make sure you are locked in for Nina’s last ever Mix Up Exclusives on triple j from 10pm this Saturday, it’s going to be a big emotional one.
